Tina Steele

Tina L. Steele is a native of Mississippi where she completed Bachelor Degrees in Biology and Chemistry at Jackson State University. Immediately after graduation, Tina began teaching and completed a Master of Arts Degree in Secondary Science Education at Mississippi Valley State University Graduate School of Education. Tina continued her teaching career after moving to Chicago, providing instruction in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Mathematics on the secondary and community college levels. She also earned a second Masters degree in Educational Leadership and General Administration at Concordia University where she is currently completing a doctorate in Educational Leadership. Tina serves as a national professional development trainer for the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), Biology Induction Coach in the Urban Education Institute at the University of Chicago, and Educational Consultant for the Learning Edge Educational Group.  

Tina has had the opportunity to combine her knowledge and skill in Chemistry with her love and passion for teaching by serving as Director of Product Education for LifeOrganics, representing the company on several natural hair/skincare panels and at health/wellness forums. Tina seeks to expand the wellness and product education services of LifeOrganics by offering monthly workshops and training for customers, as well as in-service training for salon, spa, and wellness practitioners.
